Charge melting with in-line degassing and two-stage filtration; semi-continuous casting to slab, with spectrometer records retained per heat.
End sawing and double-face scalping removes segregation and oxide skin before hot rolling.
Homogenised and hot-breakdown rolled with controlled finishing temperature for consistent grain structure.
Multi-pass cold reduction to target gauge with AGC thickness control, holding tolerance inside specification.
Box annealing for softening, or T6 solution treatment and ageing to meet the required mechanical properties.
Stretch-levelling, slitting, cut-to-length, filming and palletising. Export packing: waterproof paper, plastic film, steel strapping and fumigated pallets — full photographic record of container loading.
Direct-reading spectrometer per heat; Si, Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg, Cr, Zn, Ti verified against standard. Out-of-spec heats are scrapped, never diluted back.
Universal testing machine for tensile, yield and elongation, backed by hardness and cupping tests. MTC issued per batch.
On-line gauging plus manual recheck of thickness tolerance, width and length; surface checked for scratches, dents, oil stains and colour variation.
AQL sampling recheck before despatch, packing and shipping-mark verification, with CO / FORM A / insurance documents prepared as a full set.
