What Buyers Ask Before Placing an Order

Do you supply aluminium for battery terminals too?+

Yes — Al 1060 precision rod Φ18 (±0.05 mm standard) plus sheet and strip in O, H14 and H18, for prismatic traction cells, energy-storage systems and semi-solid battery structural parts. The ±0.03 mm finished-part class is committed only after an order review.

What is your MOQ?+

Standard grades in standard sizes start at 1 tonne. Non-standard thicknesses or narrow-width slitting are costed individually, typically 3 tonnes. Samples are exempt from MOQ and shipped free.

Are samples really free? Any hidden cost?+

Free, and we cover courier freight. No account fee, no tooling deposit, no hidden charges. The only condition is that you provide genuine delivery details and basic project context.

What does the quote include, and how is it built?+

Quote = same-day SMM spot average + conversion fee, with freight and insurance added per your Incoterm. The breakdown is itemised — no vague bundled numbers.

Which payment methods do you accept?+

T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy), or irrevocable L/C at sight. Monthly terms can be considered for established repeat customers.

Can you arrange third-party inspection?+

Yes. SGS, BV and Intertek can inspect at our mill, and container loading can be video-witnessed. Who bears the inspection cost is agreed in the contract.

What happens if there is a quality problem?+

If delivered material does not match the agreed grade or properties, supply a third-party test report and we initiate replacement or compensation — we cover freight and re-testing costs.

Can we audit your factory?+

Anytime, including live video audits. We will walk you through melting, hot rolling, cold rolling, finishing and the spectrometer lab.
