From 1060 commercial pure aluminium to 7075 aerospace-grade alloy — we cover marine, automotive, aerospace, packaging, construction and new-energy applications. Supplied to GB/T 3880, ASTM B209 and EN 485.
Each series has a different strengthening mechanism, different trade-offs and different application limits. Below is the full matrix — with the grades you will actually need, and where each one ends up in service.
≥99% aluminium. Best electrical and thermal conductivity in the family, excellent corrosion resistance, low strength, non-heat-treatable.
High strength with good heat resistance, heat-treatable. Poor corrosion resistance — normally clad or surface-protected in service.
The classic rust-proof series. Roughly 20% stronger than 1xxx, excellent formability and weldability, the cost-effective backbone of coated coil and roofing systems.
Low melting point, good flow, wear and heat resistant. Used mainly as brazing clad layer and welding filler, also for low-expansion pistons.
The marine-grade workhorse. Best seawater corrosion resistance, outstanding weldability, medium-high strength, available with class society approval.
The best all-rounder. Heat-treatable, CNC friendly, takes anodising beautifully, medium-high strength — and it still welds and forms well.
The strength ceiling of wrought aluminium. Heat-treatable and exceptionally strong — but corrosion resistance is weak, so it is clad or anodised in most designs.
Dominated by foil alloys, plus aluminium-lithium grades for aerospace weight saving. 8011 and 8021 are the workhorses of pharmaceutical foil.
Solid-state cells will not remove the terminal — they will tighten tolerance, leak-tightness and temperature requirements. Semi-solid packs keep today's prismatic geometry, which is exactly the window a precision drawing line can serve.
The question we hear most from overseas buyers: which grade should I use for my application? Here are the answers by real industry scenario.
Seawater corrosion resistance first, with weld-joint strength retention a close second.
Weight reduction is non-negotiable; EVs additionally need dedicated grades for battery housings, trays and cold plates.
Strength-to-weight above all, with heat-level traceability and full mill test certificates.
Food- and pharma-grade cleanliness, pinhole control and pharmacopoeia compliance for blister foil.
Curtain wall and roofing demand weathering resistance, flatness, and compatibility with PVDF coating or anodising.
PV structures need qualifying anodising film; battery foil demands tight thickness tolerance.
1xxx through 8xxx held in stock — consolidate into one container instead of piecing orders across several mills.
Same heat certified to GB/T 3880, ASTM B209, EN 485 or JIS H4000 — no compliance surprises at customs.
Mill Test Certificate shipped with every batch; heat number traceable back to melt records and spectrometer data.
SGS, BV and Intertek inspections accepted on site; container loading can be video-witnessed.
Slitting, shearing, filming and brushing to your drawings — eliminates your secondary-processing loss.
Direct from Qingdao / Tianjin. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP — with complete export documentation handled.
Tell us the application, service condition and required standard — we recommend the grade and temper.
Price locked against same-day SMM / LME. MOQ, payment terms and Incoterms stated up front.
Free samples with test data — you test first, we talk order later.
Spectrometer, tensile, hardness and thickness checks at every stage, photo updates at each milestone.
Export pallets, waterproof paper, steel strapping. Loading photos archived, all documents shipped with goods.
Not sure which grade? Just describe your service condition and we will recommend the alloy, backed by third-party test reports.
